Unfortunately, the Fiep Westendorp foundation no longer allows me to sell my Siepie and Takkie design.
It will be clear to everyone that there is a copyright on the design of Siepie and Takkie.
Because many people from the creative crochet world asked me if I could make a design of Siepie and Takkie, I took the risk by doing so. I took this risk because the copyright owners themselves do not offer a crochet design. A loss for every creative spirit who wants to crochet his own Siepie and Takkie...
I discussed the above with the spokesperson of the Fiep Westendorp foundation. According to her, "HEMA has an exclusive license for Siepie and Takkie, which means that we cannot currently give other parties permission to offer Siepie and Takkie products. In addition, HEMA has also released crochet patterns in the past and may continue to do so. do it again in the future."

For me personally, I have no problem with the fact that I can no longer offer my design.
I do hope that Hema will ensure that this beautiful design by Fiep Westendorp will be available for sale as a crochet design for everyone who would like to crochet their own Siepie and Takkie as soon as possible.
